Let’s Walk Together Toward a Brighter Future

I AM NOT TAKING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

Welcome!

Welcome and thank you for visiting my site. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of Washington, Oregon, North Carolina and Missouri. I have over 35+ years of clinical experience. My clinical experience has been with adults and teens. I have worked in public and private agencies, residential, inpatient and outpatient facilities. Sometimes we are faced with situations or feelings that are unpleasant, frightening, degrading or frustrating. We find it difficult to talk to people we know about it and don’t’ know how to make the feelings go away. Sometimes talking to a licensed trained professional can help clarify those feelings. We may not feel so isolated and alone. I hope that by visiting my site you will get a little closer to understanding what therapy is and how you can benefit from therapy.

Telehealth Therapy

I know it’s sometimes difficult to meet at my office. Sometimes you’re too busy, live too far away or have trouble finding childcare. Because of these obstacles, I have added an online counseling service to my practice. All you need is a computer and broadband internet access. I’ve found it’s just as effective as meeting face- to – face. I use secure encrypted platforms that are user friendly.
